I have been dealing with Baxter for over 10 years now and have not had any issues. I get my service done there as well and when i have had issues that were not normal, Mike Hare the service advisor that i work with has always come thru with a solution. He has always treated me fair so i go back for all my service needs and also i buy all my Fords from Baxter.
Had Baxter do a spray bed liner I know they contract it out but the company that did it had gotten the spray in the bolt holes on ford maverick had order tie downs but could not get bolts started talk to i believe it was don in part's he came out to truck and cleaned out holes and got bolts in it was may 28 around 12:30 he had gotten tools from service man didn't catch his name

On 07/20/2023, I stopped at Baxter Ford, West Dodge, because I could not figure out how, while I was driving, to have the miles per hour show up on my screen. I went inside, explained what I needed, and Alex was kind enough to come out to my car and help me. What a great experience we had at Baxter Ford! My wife and I arrived with our kids and dog on our way through Omaha from Denver to Fargo, and stopped to look at a used Ford Expedition. This process was incredibly easy! I spent less than 15 minutes inside the dealership and everyone I worked with throughout the process was wonderful. I live out of state and had to fly into Omaha to pick up the vehicle, just to drive it back to my home state. Sounds like a headache and a pain, but it wasn't. This dealership was so great and flexible to work with, I will check with them first on future purchases. I had a great service experience regarding a defective part that needed to be replaced under warranty. Karla contacted me to schedule an appointment for the repair and Travis assisted me with vehicle service. When I spoke with Travis and advised him that I had another appointment, which I hoped to make later that day, he took steps to see that maintenance staff were advised. We broke down at the exit to Baxter Pavilion Ford in Omaha Nebraska. I called and Mike Hare in service offered to send a tow truck. But I called AAA which left us on the side of the road for two hours. So I called Mike back and within 20 minutes we were picked up and at the dealership. I had been looking for a low mileage used Ford Explorer Sport Trac for some months, and stumbled upon an online ad featuring a newly listed black 2010 truck with 47k miles. I loved my experience with Baxter ford south. My salesman JT was awesome! Very friendly and a nice guy to talk with while they ran my credit in finance. I spent about 6 hours in the dealership making this deal. I had a very pleasant, no-pressure car buying experience at Baxter. I dealt mostly with Travis and some with Kate as well. They were quick to show me the vehicles I wanted to see.
